With the frame and suspension all cleaned and rebuilt, I crawled underneath the body while on the wood stand and cleaned and painted it with Eastwood Rust Encapsulated paint and hit it with a coat of underhood black. I think it turned out great. Once it was dried we hooked up two engine hoist, learning from our lesson of carrying the body and used them to suspend the body back onto the frame. Took us 30 minutes. New body bushings were used and all the hardware was cleaned and tapped/die'd for smooth installation.
How long have we been working on it??
